Description of objectLittle sweet house was built in 1962, as the first vacation house in Prcanj. It was renovated in 2007 in antiquated style with wood and stone. The house is situated in the historic Bay-side village of Prcanj, with the distance from the other houses. The house offers beautiful bay and mountain view, as well on Kotor old town, and it is located 100 m altitude. It has two terraces, one is part of the ground floor, it has good cover from rain, and it is has a barbecue, dining table and deck chairs for relaxation. The terrace on the first floor has the sunshine almost the whole day and offers stunning view on the boats which are sailing through Kotor bay. It also has the wooden table and deck chairs which can be used for relaxed, quiet nights moments. As it was already mentioned, house is located in Prcanj, with 5 min walk from the center of Prcanj. House is great place for vacation because it is just 10 min drive from the Kotor Old Town, 20 min Tivat Air., 90 min Dubrovnik Airport.
Location of objectPrčanj is a small town in Bay of Kotor, Montenegro. According to the 2003 census, the town has a population of 1244 people. It is located 5km (3m) west of Kotor, opposite Dobrota and between the settlements of Muo and Stoliv. The town\'s waterfront consists of a long line of stone villas, unified by their beautiful facades and separated by gardens and olive orchards. The most impressive feat of architecture in Prčanj is the Birth of Our Lady church.

Kotor has one of the best preserved medieval old towns in the Adriatic and is a UNESCO world heritage site. It is home to numerous sights, such as the Cathedral of Saint Tryphon in the old town (built in 1166), and the ancient walls which stretch for 4.5 km (3 mi) directly above the city. Kotor hosts several summer events, such as the Summer Carnival or Bokeljska Noć.

Additional InformationWhy this location?
After we inherited the house, we decided not to sell it. I always wanted to have a house by the sea, but when I realized that this location provides a much better view and is isolated from the tourist crowds and traffic, I realized its advantages and decide to upgrade the house.Great climate which is good for people who have breathing problems. Prcanj is more like an old fishing village, and life there is peaceful and quiet. Advantage of this location is that in 10 minutes, you can be at the center of Kotor, which offers an abundance of restaurants, entertainment, shopping. Also, in 20 minutes drive you can be in Budva which is great city for young people who want to enjoy nightlife. Our family is available for more information, assistance or transportation that you need. |
