Description of object This is a 4 bedroom villa located in a quiet hamlet called ¦kropeti. At the ground floor there is a spacious and air-conditioned living-dining-kitchen area. At the ground floor there is also one double bedroom with bathroom. Upstairs You will find three room with air conditioned ,2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom as well as another large bathroom. Outside there is a large dining table suitable for families dining alfresco during summer time. Next to the house there is a private swimming pool(approx. 3x7 m) and large barbecue for Your use. This property provides a lot of privacy and enjoying the tranquility of nature.

Location of objectThis modern Villa is situated on quiet place (100 m from main road) on the end of small village called ¦kropeti. It has been carefully decorated with a modern touch and attention to details. On the outside you will find a swimming pool (24 m2), garden furniture with barbecue and a well tended garden with a small children's playground. Next larger town in the south is Pazin. It is the central town of the Istrian peninsula, where we can find everything we need...
