Enjoy birds singing all day long in a tropical and quiet atmosphere with lots of fruit trees, enjoy the beach and the lagoon. If you like fishing, it is a suitable place for that. The house is 150 meters from supermarkets, bakery, bus stop,small hospital and drugstore.
After walking 400m you will be at a wonderful beach. That coast has approximately 17km from one extent to the other ( Ponta Negra to Saquarema ).
You can rent it for family, friends, or company, ideally up to 15 people.
It is 90km from Rio de Janeiro, 1h30 min by car.
