Description of objectThe house has 2 floors,a garden and a terrace.In ground floor there is a kitchen fully equipped ,a WC,and the living and dinning room that opens to the garden and to the Condo gardens and 2 great swimming pools. In the living room there are two sofas one of wich becomes a double bed Outside there is a table snd chairs so you can eat by the garden,and 2 loungers In first floor there are 2 bedrooms ,one with a double bed and a baby corner,and other with two single beds and a sofa that becomes a double bed Between rooms a fully equipped bathroom Outside you have ,inside the condo ,parking for one car Everything is supplied for a great vacation,sheets,towels,shampoo,body shower,coffee,tea,sugar,olive oil,spices.. Location of objectOur condominium is Atlantica GolfIt stands in 400 meters from the beach,that you reach by cross a street or over a wooden bridge We have houses and aparts ,around 5000 square meters of gardens and two great pools one for children and other for adults In a 10/15 minutes walk you reach both commercial centers and in a 5 minutes walk there is a nice coffee shop with a terrace,spanish tapas and daily bread By being in a 30 km distance from Portugal you can take the most of each country.
