Description of objectThe villa has been fully renovated in July 2014 with a concern in maintaining its regional architecture and applying regional materials like marble, granite and shale stone. The house with its newly built roof, windows, doors and half meter thick original walls will offer you a comfortable stay independently from the season you choose to visit us.
At your disposal you will find a fully furnished house with 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, cooker, fridge, laundry machine and dishwasher.
Around the house you will have plenty of outdoor space to park your car and enjoy the sun, a meal or a drink in one of three yards surrounding the house on the west, south and east sides with the respective areas of 75m2, 55m2 and 145 m2.
In front of the house premises you will also find a 5000m2 farming land plot with typical Mediterranean fruit trees: lemons, figs, plums, quinces, oranges, apples and olives. You are welcome to put your farmer boots on and go pick your daily ecological fruit basket! :)
