The villa is on an elite complex of only 7 detached villas sharing a communal pool. 24/7 security is available on the site and the grounds and the pool is being maintained. The villa comes fully furnished, including satellite, air-conditionings etc. The site has been completed in 2005 and all has been built according to the new building regulations.

The villa is overlooking the gulf of Kusadasi and the Greek island Samos, located on the well known resort Suncity1.
The location is next to the Dilek National Park, where you can enjoy sports like trekking, snorkeling, horse riding, boot tours etc.
