For those who love the quietness of the countryside, this is the place for our vacations. Located in a small typical village of “Minho”, with is genuine habitants, authentic landscapes and far from the big touristic tours. A sunny house, great to read a book, with a magnificent garden for children to play or make a barbecue with family and friends. The house is from 1910 and was reconstructed in the late 90s by a famous Portuguese architect. Under his orientation was built a house full of personality and unique details. The traditional characteristics of the house (granite walls and original areas) were preserved in confortable and modern spaces. It’s a cosy home and everybody fells it’s it one home.

And don’t forget to visit the local attractions. From the traditional fair in Barcelos every Thursdays, to the famous restaurant “Maria” with traditional dishes and others delicateness. Take a walk to the city of Oporto a World Heritage place, and taste a Oporto wine in the banks of the Douro river. Enjoy a tan in the Apulia beach and eat some delicious fresh sardines. Watch the big Minho paredes in cities of Viana do Castelo and Ponto de Lima. Get to know Guimarães in place where Portugal was settled and also World Heritage. There is some much to do… came and have some holidays full of good memories.

From Oprto continue onto A28. Take exit 15 to merge onto A7 toward Guimarães/Famalicão/A3/Braga. Take the N206 exit. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Rua da Gândara/N206. Continue to follow N206. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto N306. Turn left to stay on /N306. Continue to follow N306 until arraive to Gueral. Then 1,8km you arraived to the house.
