With lots of fruit trees, typical plants, bananas and vine yards, you can enjoy the typical environment of Madeira Island. Both apartments connect directly to the gardens, where you can have your meals, or a wonderful moment of leisure and rest, either in a shadow or at the marvellous sunny swimming pool. The terrace upstairs with a loung, enjoys a superb view over the sea and harbour.Only the two apartments share all this, so it has a very private environment. Location of objectLocated in Funchal city just by the historic old quarter, 19 kmts distant from the local airport. The sea is within walking distance (15-20 min walking down the road). The Quinta Esperança is located in a charming quiet and peaceful residential area of Funchal, surrounded by traditional houses. Funchal market, shops, museums and cable car are just down the road within walking distance as is the old town with all the restaurants, cable car and shops. Palheiro golf course within 15min car ride. Bus stop is just by the gate and will be useful for coming back home from the city center. Plenty of parking area just outside on the road.
