Description of object Rosemary villa is opposite the island of Hydra and in the middle of the seaside towns of Ermioni and Galatas. Also it is very close to the islands of Poros and Spetses. At the front there is a little lake which leads to the open sea. Some closeby places are Ermioni town, Kranidi, Porto Heli, and a little further Nafplio, Argos and the archaeological sites of Epidavros (Ancient theatre) and Mikines. There are many magnificent secluded beaches starting on the left or the right of the house. Around the villa there are endless olive trees and three village houses nearby. The house has a great view of the sea because it is on a little hill and someone could go swimming on foot at the beach in front of the house which is 300m away.
Rosemary villa consists of two floors with a total size of 130 sq.m. and it is in the centre of a private garden full of roses and trees. Two vehicles can park at the back side of the garden. The main floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom, an open kitchen and a spacious living room with a dining table,a fireplace and a big glass door that leads to a balcony of a great sea view. The independent studio at the garden has a large room with a kitchen, a sofa-bed and two single beds, as well as a little bathroom.
Notes
The two-storey house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a lemon tree, roses and other plants and it has outside a wooden table with chairs and sun umbrella as well as deck chairs for sunbathing. The view of the sea is the best thing and it is there wherever someone sits at the property..
Location of objectIn front of the Villa there is a beautiful lake that leads to the sea and someone could go swimming at the front little beach (300m. from the house). It is a peaceful location full of olive trees.
Town: Greece, Thermisia, ErmioniThe house is opposite the island of Hydra and very close to the Islands of Poros and Spetses. There are many picturesque villages nearby and a little further, there are places of Archaeological interest (Ancient Theatre of Epidavros, Mikines, Tirintha, Nafplio...). Also Ermioni town (12 km. away) has ancient ruins of an old Aphrodity\'s temple at the forest.
