Description of objectVilla Frane is a recently refurbished two bedroom villa situated in Kupari, only 10 minutes drive from Dubrovnik and 10 minutes walk from Mlini and the nearest beach.The villa is a size of 95 sq m and offers 2 double bedrooms (one of which has ensuite bathroom and both share a large balcony with garden furniture and a view to Zupa Dubrovacka), a large open plan living room, kithcen and dining room and a terrace a stone built barbecue fireplace and garden furtniture for outdoor dining. On the groud floor there is a living room with sitting area (the 2 sofas can be converted into single beds), open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a bathroom with a shower. The travertine stone steps lead up to the 1st floor where the two bedroom are. Both rooms have king size double beds and balcony doors leading onto the balcony which overlooks the terace and Zupa Dubrovacka. Additionaly both rooms also have a pullout armchair suitable for a child to sleep on. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower. The whole villa is decorated with antique furniture with a Mediterranean touch. Villa Frane is fully air conditioned with heating and cooling in each room and includes additional amenities such as SAT-TV, DVD, wireless internet access, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, 2 baby cots (on request). Villa is located in a peaceful suburb of Dubrovnik called Kupari, Villa Frane is only 7 km away from the Old town (10 minutes drive). This area of Dubrovnik (Zupa Dubrovacka) is known for its magnificent beaches and parks with palm trees and oleanders. Beaches, restaurants, bars, night club, supermarkets, post office, pharmacy are all within 10-15 minutes walk from the villa and the area (Kupari, Srebreno, Mlini) is perfect for a family holiday. Please note that there may be occasional noise coming from the road near the villa. The nearest bus station is only 5 minutes walk away and there is a regular bus service to Dubrovnik. If you have a car there is also a private parking for up to 5 cars in front of the villa.
