Description of objectThe row house, which is located right on the beach promenade of the Riumar residential community, is completely fenced in. The trees which border the access from the garden gate to the terrace provide shade for your vehicle in the summer months. From the semi-covered terrace, you go directly to the main entrance of the house. Once you enter, you will find on your left a fully equipped American kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc. and connected to the kitchen is the laundry room which in turn has a side door to the spacious side-terrace equipped with a barbecue, a wood carport and a movable sunroof. To the right is the dining area containing a table and chairs for 5 people. Directly behind is the living room with sofas to accommodate 5. Down the hallway you will find the bathroom with a full bath, a bedroom with 2 single beds at the end and the double bedroom to the right. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and all windows are barred and fitted with fly screens.Location of objectThe location right on the beach promenade is ideal since the walkways to the sea, and the beach services such as the Red Cross, beach bars, sun lounger and pedal-boat rental are just a short walk away. This beautiful area boasts an incredible diversity of birdlife with over 360 species, many of which nest in the region. Birdwatchers can find any number of activities here to enjoy watching birds. Photography: The rice fields, the sand dunes, the beaches, the Ebro river… these amazing landscapes located between Riumar and the town of Deltebre have already inspired countless photographers, painters and film directors and continue to attract more and more with their charms. Sports: The Ebro Delta, covering an area of 320 sq. km. with its almost flat terrain is a region with wonderful bicycle and hiking trails. Itineraries are available from the Natural Park. You can also enjoy beach activities such as kayaking, paddle-surfing and kite-surfing. The more than 30 km long navigable mouth of the Ebro river is also ideal for water sports such as water-skiing or wakeboarding.
