Description of objectHoliday home Wistria is a 90 m2 three floors house with spacious serre and veraranda, 40m2. It can accommodate 2-5 persons. At the ground floor is a completely equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is also a large table and barbecue site in the garden dominated by an old mulberry tree which gives plenty of shadow in the warm summer months.
The first floor is a living room with pull-out sofa for 2, dvd player and LCD tv with satellite receiver (including canal-digitaal card for watching channels from the Netherlands and Germany). On the second floor (attic, with high ceiling ) is an exotically furnished bedroom with a large bed for 2 persons.
Location of objectHoliday home Wistria can easily be reached by car via the new motorway Trieste-Pula (3,5 km away from exit Vi¨njan/direction Poreč). Poreč (Parenzo), the biggest tourist resort in Istria, with its rich Roman, Byzantyne and Venetian heritage, is only 8 kilometers away, just as the sea and the beaches.
The main Croatia\'s airports for Istria are Pula (70 km), Rijeka (100 km) and Zagreb (250 km) and italian airports in Trieste (90 km) and Venice Marco Polo or Treviso airports (200 km).
Poreč can also be reached from Venice with a high speed ferry (2h 30min) from 18.april till 6.october, and by bus from Zagreb, Rijeka, Pula and Trieste.
Town: Croatia, Istria, Dekovici, PorecThe village Dekovici is surrounded by forests, vineyards and olive yards which means that local agricultural products such as fruits, vegetables, cheese, honey, olive oil and wine are widely available for reasonable prices. You can buy honey and excellent wine from the first neighbor, and extra virgin olive oil from the other. There are also numerous of so called \"wine-roads\" going through the countryside (literally from one wine cellar to another) and plenty of \"agrotourism\" restaurants which are allowed to sell only what they produce by themselves .
