Description of objectTwo bedroom detached villas with fully equipped kitchens, living rooms, separate bedrooms with Queen size beds, linen and towels, hot water showers, full cable with movie channels (160) with music channels, ADSL Internet 7 meg hard wired connections plus router. Private terraces for dining, swimming pool, laundry room. .We speak English, French and reasonable Spanish. We welcome vacationers and snowbirds wanting to spend quality time in gorgeous Coronado. The atmosphere is very friendly and quiet and you will feel entirely at home. It is ideal for people wishing to relax by the pool, surrounded by an exotic tropical landscape, palms, fruit trees and bougainvilleas with a wide range of land and sea birds. The minimum length of time you can rent our villas is 7 Nights. The Low Season Rates start on: April 1st 2014 to December 1st 2014. Rates are: "Las Olas" Villa: Size: 1,100 sq ft: 7 Nights: $550 14 Nights: $825 21 Nights: $990 Month: $1,100 "Las Brisas" Villa: Size: 1,500 sq ft: 7 Nights: $595 14 Nights: $893 21 Nights: $1,071 Month: $1,190 "Las Palmas” Villa Size : 2,000 sq ft: 7 Nights: $650 14 Nights: $975 21 Nights: $1,170 Month: $1,300 The High Season Rates start on December 1st 2014 to April 1st, 2015. "Las Olas" Villa: Size: 1,100 sq ft: 7 Nights: $620 14 Nights: $930 21 Nights: $1,116 Month: $1,240 "Las Brisas" Villa: Size: 1,500 sq ft: 7 Nights: $680 14 Nights: $1,020 21 Nights: $1,224 Month: $1,360 "Las Palmas” Villa Size : 2,000 sq ft: 7 Nights: $743 14 Nights: $1,114 21 Nights: $1,337 Month: $1,485 Rates are based on 2 People staying in each villa. Number of guests accepted: 2 people. Maximum amount of people in each villa: 4 people GUEST RATES: Basic Charges for each guest: $15/per Person/ per Day X Amount of days they stay in a villa. Each guest has to register his or her name and present address with us, and pay their rental fees prior to their arrival at Las Bougainvilleas. METHOD OF PAYMENT: All people renting with us, have to pay their entire stay, in US Dollars, at the time of the reservation with us. Method of payment accepted: PayPal on the Internet. Time limit to make a payment after they make a reservation: 24 hours. RESTRICTIONS: Our villas are strictly “NON SMOKING” inside all villas and on the common grounds like: Pool and BBQue Area, Laundry Building and sidewalks. We do not accept toddlers and children under 16 years of age on our property as well as pets. We do not accept large group of people renting with us as well as large group of friends invited to party with our guests. Therefore, loud noise and parties going on all night with loud music are to be avoid. Location of objectLas Bougainvilleas is located in Coronado, across the street from beautiful Playa Serena beach and the Pacific Ocean for swimming and surfing and backing onto the Coronado Golf Club.Playa Serena beach is lovely for early morning or late afternoon walks. Our villas are surrounded by luxuriant exotic flowers, bougainvilleas and palm trees with birds of all kinds soaring in the skies and singing their lilting serenades....
