Description of objectLovingly built by the owner and recently finished, this cottage style house is situated just outside of Conil in peaceful countryside. It is kept immaculately clean and of course all furniture is brand new and mostly also built by the owner. Due to the cortijo style, this house has very high ceiling and is therefore cool during summer months. Surrounded by fields, the house provides a relaxing and charming atmosphere. With the private pool set in an enclosed garden with a small shower room with toilet in the outbuilding, a further garden and terraces around the house, there is plenty of room to sit and or sunbathe. 2 bedrooms and a shower room, an open plan living room with American kitchen, it is spacious enough for a small family, 2 couples of 4 friends.It is ideal for nature lovers, many sports activities are available nearby. Beautiful clean beaches 10 minutes drive away, chose from Conil, Novo Sancti Petri or La Barrosa. The nearby town of El Colorado provides all guests need for their self catering holiday, large supermarket, plenty of restaurants to eat, paper shops, banks and cafeterias. Even a chemist and butchers and fruit shops. The house consists of: open plan living room with sofa, coffee table and TV (only Spanish), wooden dining table with 4 matching chairs, american style open kitchen with breakfast bar and 3 high chairs, electric hob, micro wave, washing machine and all utensils, bedroom one with double bed (135cm x 190cm), built in wardrobe, bedside tables, bedroom2 with twin beds (90cm x 190cm), built in wardrobe, bedside tables, sufficiently sized bathroom with shower cubicle, there is a covered terrace to the front of the house with a small table and chairs and to the side of the house is a large open terrace surrounded by a wall, for eating and sitting peacefully around the large oval table, barbecue provided, as well as 2 sun loungers. Location of objectThe house is situated in peaceful country side sorrounding Conil, close to the town of El Colorado, just 7km to the beaches of the Costa de la Luz.Town: Spain, Costa de la Luz, Conil de la FronteraConil de la Frontera: one of the white coastal villages with a wonderful ambience, a resort with a difference. Popular with tourists almost all year round. Its cobbled streets, tapas bars and cafes invite you to participate in the 'Vida Andaluza', living the Andalusian almost one. It offers a wide selection of restaurants serving delicious seafood and fresh fish daily in the program or have the famous bull meat 'carne de Toro'.In the summer open-air flamenco dance and music performances, often free of charge. And then of course there are 'Los Bateles', the family beach with its clean white sand, huge amounts of space and shallow waters. Small winding streets and wonderfully designed interior courtyards (patios) are typical of the white villages. The Arab influence in the narrow streets, the white, low houses and small courtyards and plazas is particularly evident here. Conil is situated between the Atlantic coast and the pine forests in the hinterland with a surface area of 87 km2, about 40km from Cádiz. This property requires a security deposit of Euros 100 to be paid in cash on arrival, refunded on departure day as long as there are no breakages, cleaning charges, unpaid utility bills etc. This is a non smoking villa, sorry no pets!
