Description of objectWE HAVE A HEATED POOL.Our gîte is situated entirely on the ground floor and has only 1 step into the master bedroom. It is situated in an old barn which has been fully renovated. It consists of a living - dining room with open plan kitchen. All furniture is comfortable and sufficient for 4 people. In the bathroom you find a large walk in shower, wash-basin and toilet. The master bedroom is beautifully furnished and has a kingsize bed (180 x 200). The second bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200). In the kitchen you will find a complete inventory, a hob, senseo coffeemachine, electric kettle, microwave and a large fridge with small freezer compartment. A washing machine and dryer are not in the house, but available at a small charge on the camping. A two time use of washer/dryer per week is included in the price. In front of Maison Passerose you will enjoy a large garden and terrace and a through way to the camping so you can use the pool. Of course this through way is for your use only. Opposite Maison Passerose is the original farm which is in use as a holiday house as well. Next to Maison Passerose you can find our farm animals wandering in their meadow: chickens, roosters, ducks, and geese. You have a lovely view over a small valley. Thanks to thick walls your house stays cool in the warm summer months, in winter it can be heated. It can be rented all year round. The entire house is tastefully furnished. Smoking is not allowed inside. Dogs are allowed. All guests will receive a bottle of wine and welcome basket per stay. All linen (incl. pool towels) is included, see \"prices\". A tv (no channels) + dvd-player is available. Dvd\'s can be borrowed from us. All campsite facilities are also available to guests in the house. Location of objectMaison Passerose is situated next to our farm with views over the valley, sunny but also shaded thanks to some (fruit) trees. It is nice and quiet, yet all facilities are close by.Behind our farm we have a small camping (5-6 pitches) and heated pool, the lake is 300 meters away. It is ideal for fishing (permit). There are alsoseveral picnic tables. We have many folders with hiking trails, biking trails and tourist information. Bread service is offered in July and August and June, if there are enough guests who require it. Town: France, Vendée, Chateau GuibertChateau Guibert is a small village in the hills of the southern Vendée. It is known for the largest man made lake in the Vendée.However, the nearest town is Mareuil sur Lay, a lovely town in the middle of the wine region Fiefs Vendéen. Here you will find all facilities needed: petrol station, large supermarket, 4 bakeries, 2 banks, doctors, pharmacies, dentists, shops, bars and restaurants.
