Description of objectVilla Iokasti is located in the area of Kalamaki, only 5 kilometers (3 miles) west of Chania, minutes away from the heart of town or the sandy beaches of the West coast of Crete.
It is a 200 m² (2150 square feet) villa built in a beautiful plot approximately 1.100 m² (11.840 square feet) full of trees, varying from olive trees, lemon trees, palm trees, eucalyptuses, beautiful flowers, and only 400 m away from Kalamaki beach.

Location of objectKalamaki is a seaside village located only 5km west of Chania. A long sandy beach for sun-bathing, swimming and summer sports exists in front of the village. Here the guests can enjoy several beach restaurants, cafes and small bars during the day.
Mini markets and all the daily facilities are provided in the village. Moreover, concerning the visitors, there is very easy acess to the National Road, making it easy to travel almost anywhere in Crete.
