Description of objectThis two-storey, Thai-style vacation villa is ideally suited for up to 9 persons.Villa CH02 comes included with a car (either Toyota \\\\\\\'VIOS\\\\\\\', or Suzuki \\\\\\\'Carry\\\\\\\'). Also 3 mountain bikes and a small motorbike are provided free of charge. The villa is located approx. 5km to Rawai Beach and 6.5 km to famous Naiharn Beach in Phuket\\\\\\\'s National Park. Passing a 24-hour secured entrance, a generous avenue leads to the property. Only the villa owners and their visitors are allowed to use this private road and therefore no other traffic disturbs this seclusion. Next to other Facilities and Suitable, there is table Tennis, Dart, Badminton, Pool toys, Kid Toys (tents etc.) and a library with over 2,000 Books and 300 DVD movies available for maximum entertainment. The villa features 2 stories, the upper floor with three bedrooms and one more bedroom with a separate entrance. It offers a beautiful private pool and contemporary interior design. It is located only 300m from a Club House with a generous community pool, Sauna, Restaurant, Gym, Beauty Salon and Massage Shop. Other shopping facilities, Restaurants, Bakeries and Bars of Chalong Bay are a shortly drive away. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and 2 extra folding beds are available at a reasonable surcharge. The spacious living room has a large flat screen TV and sliding doors which open onto the terrace, garden and pool area. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, adjoining the lounge. The outdoor space consists of a saltwater pool and shower to rinse off after a swim and a covered, spacious verandah. Natural sun bleached decking surrounds the pool with sun loungers and a gas barbecue. A selection of tropical plants adds color and privacy to the garden.
