La Casetta al Mare " is situated in a converted old country house on the sea .There is a 40 qm large terrace in front of the house entrance where you can have breakfast,lunch and dinner always with the beautiful sea view!
The apartment is on two levels of living space.On the ground floor is the living room with an access to the bright and light flooding kitchen with wide glazed frontage.There is also the bathroom with toilet and shower .
A small and a large bedroom with balcony and spectacular panoramic views are located on the 1st floor .

The house offers wonderful views of the sea and Cefalu and is situated in a quiet and ideal location with access to a rocky cove in front of the house and several sandy beaches which are within a few minutes on foot .
The picturesque fishing village of Cefalu with restaurants,supermarkets and a lot of shops is only 5 minutes by car .
