Description of objectTwo floors stone country house.2 communicating units Unit A (only Ground floor): living room with sofa bed,big habitable kitchen, one bedroom with 2 single beds,one bedroom with double bed, 2 bathrooms. Unit B: Kitchen on ground floor witch internal staicase and direct access to the garden first floor: small living room with fireplace, 2 double bed rooms, 2 bathrooms. 2 single beds in the loft The country house has two large terraces, one patio and a swimming pool (10x6 m). It is surrounded by olive trees in a 2.700 meters fenced garden. Location of objectThe house, built in the 20th, is situated in the northern Latium countryside (Maremma Laziale), 5 km from Tuscany and 6 km from Canino, in a quiet position among green hills partially cultivated with olive trees. It is in a strategic position in the heart of the “Tuscia” : you can visit Etruscan towns like Tarquinia, Tuscania and Vulci, swim or sail in the spectacular lake Bolsena, have benefits from thermal baths in Saturnia and Viterbo, visit beautiful towns like Pitigliano and Orvieto with his famous cathedral or simply relax at one the many beaches of the Tyrrhenian sea.Town: Italy, Tuscia, CaninoLocated at a distance of 6 km from the house, Canino is a small town of about 5000 habitants, well know for its production of olive oil.
