Description of objectOur Holiday house 'VILLA LAS BRISAS ' in Spain on the Costa Brava in the well-kept and quiet urbanization - Vizcondado DE CABANYES - nestled in a wooded hills.A modern, detached house, built in the Spanish style. The house is fully furnished and very quiet. The house extends over 2 residential floors. On the lower floor are the cozy living room with an open fireplace and the fully equipped open kitchen. From the kitchen there is an entrance to the covered terrace. Furthermore, a guest bathroom / WC and a laundry room are on this level. The upper floor of the entrance area has three bedrooms (double) and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has access to the balcony. From there, and from the terrace you have an exhilarating view of the green forest and hills and to the mediterranean sea. Location of objectThere are good transport conections by the proximity to the city of Gerona (40 km airport / train / highway) Barcelona (100 km) andthe French border (90 km). The beaches of Palamos / Calonge / Sant Antoni are about 5km, the Beach of Playa d'Aro is about 8 km away. Golf is about 8 km, tennis approx.2 km. Various hiking and biking trails - sporting tenants - are nearby. Town: Spain, Costa Brava, CalongeCalonge is a small, medieval village with a castle, where are held many different events during the summer.The house is about 3.5 km from the small town of Calonge where is market on Thursday; a restaurant and Shopping opportunities can be found 3 km away. A vehicle is required, there are a large parking space next to the house behind a lockable gate.
