Description of objectVILLA PASHA: The holiday house in Spain on the Costa Brava is located in the well-kept and quiet urbanization - Vizcondado de Cabanyes..A generous, fully furnished, holiday house, partly with air conditioning. The house is fenced on all sides and is located on a very quiet street and has a large garage and two outdoor parking spaces. The holiday home is spread over 2 residential floors. On the ground floor are the entrance hall with wardrobe, a very spacious dining-living area (fireplace) and the fitted kitchen, a winter garden with access and view to the pool. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms next to the bath and shower. The swimming pool is about 4.5m x 8.5m in size and invites you to bath in the sun until late in the evening. The beautifully landscaped garden with its Mediterranean vegetation, cactuses, palm trees and a well-kept lawn area will make you relax and enjoy your holiday. Location of objectThere are good connections through the proximity to the cityGerona (40 km, airport / train / motorway). The beach of Palamos is about 7 km, the beach of San Antoni about 5 km away,The beach of Playa d'Aro about 8 km away. Various shopping opportunities are 3 km away. Golf is about 8 km, tennis is about 3 km away. Town: Spain, Costa Brava, CalongeCalonge is a small, medieval village with a beautiful castle. In Summer there are a lot of different events.In the small village of Calonge for shopping or the Thursday market it is about 3.5 km; A restaurant and Shopping facilities are 3 km away.
