Our spacious holiday home 'VILLA SPERANZA' in Spain at Costa-Brava is located in the neat and quiet Urb. -Vizcondado de Cabanyes- en Calonge nestled in a woody hillside landscape.

It is a detached holiday home, built in Spanish style. The house is new and tastefully decorated, but not so crowded (child-friendly).
The holiday house has a garage as well as side car parking spaces behind a lockable gate.

This freestanding holiday home is spread over 2 levels. Via the stairs next to the garage you reach the entrance area of the holiday house. Behind the hallway with the staircase upstairs and shower room with WC is the living room. Below is the dining room as well as the separate open, American kitchen. There is the breakfast terrace, which is covered by the balcony, as well as the own large pool with sun terrace. They have a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding hillsides of the Costa Brava.
On the upper floor are the 3 bedrooms including 2 bathrooms (1 bath / 1 shower). In front of the parents' bedroom (suite) there is a separate balcony

The garden stretches over several levels and is partly planted with Mediterranean plants, elsewhere with cacti and of course also with old cork trees.

The entire property is fenced to the street as well as to the side neighbors and to the rear borders a cork oak. From the balcony and terraces you have a panoramic view over the wooded hillsides.

There are good connections through the proximity to the cityGerona (40 km, airport / train / motorway). The beach of Palamos is about 7 km, the beach of San Antoni about 5 km away,
