Description of objectThis lovely house is situated in a peaceful area and provides an amazing view from within the house and large balcony; beautiful mountains on one side and the sea on the other. The sunset is unbelievable!The house is approximately a 25min drive from the capital Funchal, 45km from the airport, 34-45min drive, and approx a 5min drive from the beach. The beach is a gorgeous sandy beach with a natural pool; along this beach is a lovely seafront which allows you to walk all the way to the marina. It is also near this sea front that you will find a supermarket, cafes, restaurants, bars and banks. Within a few minutes’ drive, you can go from being in a peaceful house to the surrounding villages, levadas walks and the Laurissilva forest. The house is modern,fully furnished and equipped, new, comfortable and spacious; it was built in 2006. It can easily accommodate 6 people with the 3 bedrooms provided; 2 double rooms and one single bedroom. In one of the double bedrooms, there is also a single bed. There are also 3 spacious bathrooms beautifully decorated; 2 with big and modern bathtubs and one with shower only. The kitchen is big and open plan which then leads to the dining room. There is also a comfortable lounge with satellite TV. On arrival, the English-speaking owner will greet you and is happy to provide directions. As to anyone holidaying in Madeira, the hire of a car is advised. This house welcomes pets by prior arrangement.
