Description of objectDomus Arietum a bungalow type Verne, covers about 100 m2 and consists of an L-shaped living room with an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary utensils and tableware. Furthermore, in the kitchen, built a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and ceramic hob. The living room has a sofa and two armchairs. Location of objectBrossac located in the southern Charente about 50 km south of Angouleme, 75 miles west of Perigueux and about 85 km north of Bordeaux.On more than one kilometer in Brossac a baker, butcher, Spar, bank, post office, restaurant and store materials. At over 12 km in Chalais is a large Intermarché and a Lidl. Barbezieux about 25 km you will find several supermarkets, such Leclerck, Intermarché, Carrefour, Lidl and Leader Price. On Monday there is a large market in Chalais and on Friday morning in Riberac. From June 15 to June 29 and from August 31 to September 14, (2013) the price is ¤ 700 for a week and from June 29 to August 31, (2013) the price of ¤ 1000 weekly. The deposit is ¤ 250.These prices include the use of gas, water and electricity, internet, phone to all landlines in France, Great Britain, Netherlands and Belgium, TV with Dutch public and commercial broadcasters, taxes, use of a children chair, folding cot with extra mattress, highchair, changing mat etc. The use of bed linen and towels is included in the price. In the rent are not cleaning included, the tenant must leave the villa in clean and orderly for the next tenant. |
