Description of objectThe house at street level is comfortably fitted out for 2-4 persons. A sliding door opens on a large terrace (rd. 20 sqm, fitted out with garden furniture, 6 chairs, 2 sun beds, sun shades and an electric grill), with south orientation. Your car may be parked in the shadow, in the front of the house. You have various possibilities of stocking in the cellar, which you can reach through a closed court (about 180 m²).There are also sun beds and a barbecue for the court. Our bicycles may also be used, but attention: You may use our bikes at your own risk provide that you care about eventual repair (spare parts to be found in the cupboard of the gardening room), but they are not part of the renting. The kitchen, living and dining room (36 m²), entrance and wardrobe build an open tiled area. Micro Hifi chain, flat TV, DVD/Bluray player complete the equipment. The kitchen line is fitted out with a 4 ring ceran electric hob and oven, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with deep freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Ironing-board, flat-iron and vacuum cleaner are also available. 2 sleeping rooms, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and towel dryer, a separate toilet complete the house. One sleeping room with 2 beds 90 x 200, a third sliding bed 90 x 190, big wall-cupboard, bedside table, radio-cd, the other one also with doublebed 180 x 200, wardrobe, shelves and radio alarm-clock.
Location of objectYou may easily reach the beach “Les Dunes“ by walking 600 meters. There are separate parts on the beach for swimming and for surfing (surf school in high season). Brétignolles offers you 13 km of alternate beaches, sandy or with rocks. The rocky part allows fishing and observation of many kind of shrimps, mussels, sea snails and other sea plants. You will also find in the neighbourhood restaurants, shops and many possibilities of leisure time, like a sailing school, surf school, children playground, museum and activity park.

Families with children can find at “Les Dunes“ and “La Normandelière“ beach places to play and to swim safely. Children will like walking at low tide on the rocks. Canoeing on the different rivers, canals and lakes is very popular. “ Lac des Morinieres “, “ Lac du Jaunay “ and the river “ La Vie “ offer the chance to enjoy fishing.
The costal and rural cycle path give you the opportunity to ride between 14 villages. There are also plenty of well signposted paths for those who enjoy walking.
Brétignolles offers a lot of possibilities for both, old and young visitors. Mini-golf, sailing, surfing, kite-surfing, horse-riding, quad-riding, bowling or a visit to the “model village“ or the rural markets in Brétignolles or Brêm. You can also visit the fun park in Brêm sur Mer, next to Brétignolles.Free WiFi is available in Brétignolles near the tourist-office in the centre. There are a big super market and other shops, post office, bank, petrol station, weekly markets.
