This lovely independent house is set on a quiet street in the picturesque village of Padria, situated high in the hills behind Bosa (20 mins away) and Alghero (50 mins away), in the west part of Sardinia, the less touristic part of the island, but it is beautiful in every season, which has a friendly pub and 2 mini market. To the rear of the property the door from the living room leads to a large terrace with with outdoor furniture to dinner. A few steps down and there is a pretty garden area with lemon trees and medoterranea vegetation.
The Holiday House \'La terrazza\' is a quiet house that offers a high level of comfort increased by a large terrace for al fresco dining and panoramic views of the sardinian countryside. This is a very nice house, especially for families. The house is comfortable, with 3 bedrooms and a living roon and a large fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with hairdryer.
The apartment is situated on the first floor with own independent entrance.
