Description of objectVilla Rarotonga is a beautiful two bedroom home set in an idylic garden setting and only 400 metres from Rarotongas sunset drenched western beaches. A walk up the hill will also get you to commanding views of the western coastline. The home is ideal for those in search of privacy and peace in a tropical setting. Villa Rarotonga has a fully equipped kitchen with full cooking facilities ie microwave, oven, gas cook top and also a big 4 burner hooded BBQ outside on the entertainment deck so you can cook and dine in the comfort of your own home or better yet you can cook in and take your dinner to the beach to enjoy a sunset - the best view!
The home features numerous outdoor areas to rest and relax, with two verandas out the front, one covered the other open, each bedroom has its own little balcony coming off the room, and there\\\\\\\'s also a large covered veranda out the back overlooking the garden. There is a hammock that is set up on the front deck with a view of the garden and mountain in the background which makes a lovely place to read, catch some sun or just rest.
Right around the house are fruit trees such as Banana trees, star fruit, passion fruit vines, Papayas and Mango tree so whatever the fruit in season you have fresh fruit ready to eat right at your door step:-)
>From the main covered veranda the home opens up thru large sliding doors to the ample main living area and modern open kitchen, detailing inside include wood floors, solid timber benchtops and high pitched ceilings to let the home breath. Double sliding doors open up the back of the house to another large covered veranda, and allow excellent cross breezes during balmy Rarotongan evenings.
Location of objectVilla Rarotonga is nestled in a tropical setting with gardens, fruit trees surrounding the house. There is plenty of space for couples, group of friends or a family.
Villa Rarotonga is just a short 2 min walk from some of the most stunning beaches on Rarotonga and you can also enjoy breathtaking sunsets.
