 Description of objectWelcome to La Poussiere. This is a beautiful, newly restored farmhouse situated in a quiet hilltop village in the heart of the Burgundy vineyards, with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside.
 The house offers ideal accommodation for couples, families or larger groups. Downstairs there are 3 large double bedrooms, fully equiped kitchen, utility room, 1 family bathroom, separate WC, dining, living area.
 
 Upstairs is a delightful oak beamed lounge with satellite TV, DVD and video, 1 double bedroom, 1 family bathroom and single room. A Welcome pack will be awaiting all visitors and includes condiments, tea, coffee, fresh bread and milk plus a bottle of wine.
 
 Free internet access available.
 
 All cleaning products and toilet tissue are also supplied.
 
 Some of the best wines in France are closeby for those who enjoy tasting. There are also some wonderful  restaurants serving local cuisine and shops to buy interesting local produce.
 
 
 Location of objectOrche is a beautiful hilltop village situated in the heart of the Haute Cote de Beaune.  Surrounded by vinyards, the village boasts some spectacular views.
 
 Town: France, Orches, BeauneThe historic town of Beaune offers many tourist attractions including the famous Hospice de Beaune and the spectacular ramparts.  The Tourist Office here is very helpful with many languages spoken.  There are brochures with money off coupons for many attractions, these are either free or have a small charge.
 The 'Passeport Cote d'Or' is good value and allows entry to several attractions within the cost. Nolay boasts a spectacular limestone roof covered market place and medieval alleyways. We are very close to the Morvan, a national park with lakes and an area of outstanding beauty, the perfect destination for walking, sailing and rafting. There is swimming available at Mersault, Nolay and Beaune. Horse Riding, Climbing, Golf courses, Fishing, Water Sports, Bike Hire and Hiking can all be found locally. There are many sites of historical interests in the area including Chateaux, Roman sites and Museums.
 
 Most of the local wine producers welcome visitors for tours and tasting and are always very hospitable. There are many superb restaurants to be found within a short distance of the house offering several local specialities.

 Additional InformationThe house is rented from Saturday to Saturday.  Arrival times are after 4:00 p.m. and Departures before 10:00 a.m.  Prices include gas, electricity, heating and linen. A 25% cancellation deposit is required to confirm a reservation and is non-refundable if cancellation takes place less than 6 weeks before the lease date Full payment is required 6 weeks before arrival. A damage deposit of £200 is required. Telephone charges (charged at normal rate) and damages, if any, will be deducted from the deposit and the remainder returned within 4 weeks. Maid and babysitting services can be arranged with the caretaker. |  |
