Description of objectAbscott Cottage combines traditional countryside charm with contemporary furnishings. All three are bedrooms on the ground floor, allowing the living areas upstairs to enjoy sweeping views across North Devon fields and hedgerows.
There are three large double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a separate guest WC on the ground floor. The master bedroom features a double height vaulted ceiling, and French windows that open onto a sun-filled patio. Its en-suite bathroom enjoy an invigorating double head shower, or relax in a classic roll top bath. The master bedroom has a zip and link king-sized bed which can be separated to form twin beds if preferred.
The second bedroom also has a double bed which can be converted to form two singles, French doors to its own patio and an en suite with luxury shower. The third bedroom has a double bed and large en suite bathroom with inset Bette bath and views of the Devon countryside through its floor to ceiling glazed doors.
Go upstairs to discover the three open plan reception areas with stripped pine floors, beamed ceilings and floor to ceiling windows that invite the sunlight and offer splendid rural views. The living area incorporates a fully-equipped kitchen/breakfast space with a big American style fridge freezer, a formal dining area with church pew style seating and a lounge space with big squashy sofas, woodburner, TV and iPod docking station.
