Description of objectThis beautiful house was built in Bali style 2010 and is located approximately 2.5 cm from the popular beach Jomtien. The owner has lovingly furnished with solid teak furniture. The house is at ground level, has a spacious living room and a large master bedroom, 2 further bedrooms and 2 baths. The house has more than two kitchens, a fitted kitchen and a typical European-style Thai cuisine in a covered outdoor area. The beautiful garden is an oasis of calm. On the property there are 2 indoor closed spaces (including storage).This house a lot of Thai herbs plants. Internet / Wi-Fi and satellite TV are available. The house is located in the \\\'Baan Balina 2 Village\\\', which among other things has a communal pool, gym and meeting room. A security company provides round the clock in order. In the vicinity you will find the famous Floating Market in Pattaya, several shops, the Phoenix Golf & Country Club Bang Lamung. What are we looking for?
