 Description of objectOur apartment is located on the very first beachline in one of the south-after communities on the Costa del Sol. The family-friendly complex is located just infront of the beach. The accomodation is situated on the first floor with direct acess by lift from the garage and/ or gardens, so you do not have to go by steps.The accomodation has been furnished very tastefully and to high standards to a modern style. Numerous paintings, lamps, mirrors, tables and decorations are creating a very homely feeling. The spacious living room has a fireplace and dining table to accomodate up to 6 people. The lounge area infront of the fireplace offers a 3-seater- and a 2-seater-leather sofas and well as an armchair. Here you can watch sattelite TV and HiFi-/Radio or watch out to the open sea infront of your terrace. From the living room you have direct access to the large covered terrace, which overlooks the commutity gardens and behind the open sea. Terrace and living room have the whole day sun! ON the terrace you will find 2 large sunloungers and a comfortable dining table. Both bedrooms are spacious. Eachs one offers 2 single beds (can be put together) and an en-suite-bathroom with under floor heating. The master bedroom is facing out to the sea and offers a small french balcony. When you seat on the bed, you watch out to the sea. This bedroom offers a large en-suite bathroom with shower cubic, bathroom, wc, bidet, double basin with built-in walldrobes and large mirror. In the second bedroom offers also 2 single beds and en-suite shower room. Further the apartment offers a spacious wooden kitchen with BOSCH-applianses and marble working top. There is a separate utility room where you will find the washing mashine and the tumble dryer. The property has an air conditioning system throughout and underground parking place. This is the perfect holiday home for all, who are searching for an unique ambience! Comments to equipment Internet: The complex has been connected to a local WiFi-Hotspot, so almost every apartment has internet access. You can log-in and buy a package. All modern comforts are provided in these privately-owned apartments which have been furnished and equipped to an exceptional standard, reflecting the different Spanish and Moorish styles of the region. Each one has air conditioning and a separate covered terrace or balcony facing out to sea. You can use one of four swimming pools! The nearest pool is just 20 meters away and heated! This is a typical andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerious shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post ect. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerios bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internetcafes, business centers, minimarket, fitness club, dry cleaning ect.
