The property, in a strategic position from which it can be easily reached Catania and Syracuse, is so suddivided:round floors, living area with sofa that if need becomes a bed, bathroom with shower and kitchen.First floor: master bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, bedroom with two single beds that can be used as a double,Bathroom and large balcony. Recently renovated and fully furnished, has a refrigerator, washing machine, TV, outdoor shower and a nice porch with small green area.The house can accommodate up to seven people. Prices negotiable. Summer months: June 1400 euro, in July 1750 euro, in August 1950. Possibility to rent for all months of the year, month, week.Cash payment only. Location of objectThe house is located in a village of about 200 houses, just 5 meters from the beach, as you can see from the photos. In addition, the building is equipped with a small green area with synthetic Sun beds and tables, where eventually sunbathing.

Nearby there are characteristic premises where you can enjoy typical Sicilian dishes; the sea is among the cleanest and crystalline area. In the neighborhood, there are supermarkets, golf courses, and in about 30 minutes you can reach Etna, the famous Sicilian volcano, where you can do excursions and so on.
