Description of object

A seaside holiday very close to Rome in the nice city of the villa of the emperor Nerone. A completely renewed house ground floor with two little private gardens where it is possible to park a car. There is a big bedroom with a doublebed and a singlebed and a tv; a kitchen with a fridge, table and chairs, a big sofa and a tv; a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
The prices are weekly or monthly.
June: 800 euro (250 weekly)
July: 1400 euro (400 weekly)
August: 1800 euro (500 weekly)
September: 800 euro (250 weekly)
October-May: 600 euro (200 weekly)

Via Sacro Cuore is a neighborhood of Anzio next to the Villa of Nerone Emperor and at 1 km from the central square of the city. It is 300 mt from the sea and 400 mt from the trainstation.

To Ostia: 60 minutes by bus/30 minutes by car
To Circeo: 1.30 h by bus/1h by car
To Ponza: 45/60 min by hovercraft

Anzio is a small harbor city/bathingresort 50 km from Rome situated on the famous land of Eneide. The city bears great historical significance as the town of both Emperor Caligola and Nerone and as the site of the crucial Allied landing during W.W. II. ( you can visit Villa of Nerone and Allied landing Museum and Cemetery). Many ancient works of art have been found there as the Apollo of Belvedere that is in the Vatican Museums. Very close to Anzio there is the nice Medieval city of Nettuno with its castle and the very modern Harbor. About 8 km from Anzio there is a WWF park with sulphur springs and a medieval tower.
From Anzio it is easily possible to enjoy wonderful trips to Rome, to Ancient and modern Ostia, to Pontine Islands and to the national park of Circeo.
