Description of objectDetached house at the outskirts of the village in large garden with many trees directly at a sandy beach.Breathetaking view over the sea+fishervillageLarge detached house in a 6600 sqm garden with many trees, situated directly at the sea+ sandy beach. Large living room with fire place, dining place and sofa (2 single beds possible), bed room with double bed+single bed, further bed room with 2 single beds (baby bed on request). Well equipped kitchen with glass ceramic stove with oven, dish washer, large refrigerator, coffee machine, mixer, fruit squeezer. Bathroom with bath/shower, separate toilet. Large completly covered terrace of 40 sqm with sofa bed, tables, chairs and breathe taking view over the sea, the small fisher harbour and neighbour islands. Toys, books, mosquito nets, fans, radio with tape desk, items for the beach. Location of objectThe house is situated completly private, but close to the romantic and partly car-free village of Antiparos with many shops, restaurants, banks, post office and pharmacy. 2km outside 2 gas stations. Cosy small fisher harbour with many good tavernas and fisher boats.The shady sandy beach in front of the house suites especially for children. 200 m behind the house further beautiful sandy beaches. A lot of space in the garden to sit and play, swing (to use on own liability) small place for basket ball. No need to rent a car or scooter, because the house is situated close to the village and the small ferry port of Antiparos. Pets on request. Smoking on the terrace no problem. Town: Greece, Antiparos, AntiparosAntiparos: small Cycladic island, 35 km2. One village, well prepared for visitors, with a romantic fishing-harbour, restaurants and cafés, little, well equipped supermarkets and different nice shops, further post office, bank, cash dispenser, cars, scooters and bikes for rent. 2 km outside the village 2 gas stations.Close to the village 5 beautiful sandy beaches. Outside of the village a lot of marvellous beaches. Antiparos is situated opposite to the island of Paros. Ferry boats to Pounda/ Paros (5 minutes), daily between 7 am and 12-2 am every 30 minutes during the day and each hour in the evening with partly bus connection to the capital and main harbour of Paros.
