Description of objectThe villa is the perfect place for a family vacation, in a very quite neighborhood. The second floor apartment offers a complete equipped kitchen, with a dining room and a laundry facility; a living room with a sofa and television. There are two double rooms, a master bedroom with a bathroom and a two beds bedrooms and two bathrooms. WI-FI is also available. The pictures of the inside of the apartment shows that we are still remodeling it.
Under request a compact car is available but personal car insurance is required. The city of Ancona and the nearby country side offer wonderful tours. The nearby sea side of Portonovo at the foot of Conero is one of the most beautiful places of the Adriatic sea. Near the city of Ancona you can make wonderful excursions. Nearby Portonovo is located at the foot of Monte Conero, is one of the most beautiful places of the Adriatic Sea. Just to the North lies Senigallia (easily reachable by train at 2.20E ), which in summer hosts summer janboree (http://www.summerjamboree.com/).
In addition to about 50 km away is one of the best-known outllet itlaiani where you can find renowned brands such as Tod 's, Prada, Cruciani etc.
The area is known for the production of Rosso Conero and Verdicchio two well-known Italian wines. In the surroundings you can find winegrowers of excellence with retail sales, which the company Bucci (Italian excellence for the valiant), Moroder (excellent rosso conero), Centanni (passerina and pecorino)
The second floor apartment villa has access to the garden with a patio with a table that can seat 8 persons and an out-ground swimming pool.
Location of objectThe villa is located at the top of one of the Ancona hills facing the Adriatic Sea and the Monte Conero. It is easily reachable from both the airport (Raffaello Sanzio – Falconara 16km) and the train station (6km). The highway (A16, Ancona Sud exit) is 9 km away. Its peculiarity is that the house is at the same time extremely quiet being in the middle of a rural area but also very close to a main port city with all its facilities.
