This lovely holiday home 'ANTICO BORGO', in Versilia is located at 2 km from Seravezza, in the village of Pozzi. Of ancient origins this hamlet, between Pisa and Massa, is surrounded by age-old olive groves.

This old farmhouse, originally an 18th century summer retreat for nuns from Lucca, has recently been restored by the owners who live in a flat on the first two floors.

The flat 'Alpi Apuane' is on the second floor of the farmhouse(Rental unit to be seen on rent-holiday-homes properties N° 47775).

A lovely dependance 'Tra gli olivi', with its own terrace, belongs to the property 'Antico Borgo', too.

The dependance 'TRA GLI OLIVI'', sorrounded by an ancient olive grove, is a very large studio: it consists of a large living room with kitchenette and dining area, a comfortable double sofa bed, a sofa and a spacious bathroom with shower.
Carefully furnished with ancient forniture by the landlady and restored a l'ancienne by the landlord. Fine decorations contribute to create a special atmosphere.
A terrace fully equipped is part of the dependance. The laundry room is shared with the flat in the main building of the farmhouse.

The owners will welcome you and will be happy to offer guidance to plan your visits, to let you have fantastic memories of your holiday in Versilia. They invite you to taste the sweet life of Tuscany.

- The balance of the stay is required in cash on arrival at the apartment .
- A deposit of 200€ in cash is required on arrival. The amount will be returned at end of stay, unless damage has been caused.
