From the living room, up nine steps to the night area, there is the bathroom with window and the double room with access to a balcony on the back via French windows. The FRONTEMARE - Baia Santa Reparata residential complex is located in the municipality of Santa Teresa di Gallura (OT), in the bay of Santa Reparata, close to Capo Testa and the “two seas” isthmus. The houses are 200 metres from the sea and 500 metres from the wide sandy beach.

The villas are in a privileged and panoramic position and enjoy to a large extent views of the sea, sunset, Mediterranean scrub and granite rocks typical of the area. The complex consists of small villas divided into different types: standard and seafront studio apartments, standard and seaview ground floor two-room apartments, first floor two-room apartments with seaview solarium, ground and first floor three-room apartments. The apartments are furnished simply but functionally.

At 100 metres from the complex there is a restaurant/bar with swimming pool and tennis courts (extra charge), at about 300 metres there is another bar/restaurant and a minimarket; as stated the sea is 200 metres away (rocks) and the beach is 500 metres away (reachable on foot in 10 minutes), partly free and partly with the possibility of hiring sunbeds and umbrellas. In Santa Teresa di Gallura (3 km) there are all kinds of services (travel agencies, car/bike/dinghy hires, restaurant bars, pubs, chemists, etc....). Numerous beaches of rare and unique beauty can be reached within 10 km.
