Description of objectIn santa teresa town, I rent a small flat that consists of a dining room with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette, a wardrobe, a bathroom, a big double room and two balconies with the view of the big garden.
Location of objectThe flat is far 500 metres from the centre of the town, 800 m fro Rena Bianca beach, one of the most beautiful beaches of Sardynia and 2,5 km from Capo testa beaches. There are close to the flat lot of restaurants, pubs, pizzerias, clothe shops..

You can easily get the town, from the port and the airport of Olbia, in less than an hour’s drive; in a little more than 90 minutes from the port of Porto Torres; in about two hours from the airport of Alghero.
To the visitor who arrives by land, Santa Teresa Gallura, situated at the end of the long straight road Via Nazionale, appears at first sight like one of the few flat villages in Sardinia. Actually, as the visitor coming from the sea can immediately realize, it extends on a rocky tableland, 44 m. above the sea level, which pushes out into the Bocche di Bonifacio channel, in a very indented stretch of the coastline.
The town currently has 4159 inhabitants.
The climate has an average temperature of 20 degrees in June and September and 24/26 in July and August. Spring begins already at the end of February and goes on until May with a mild climate. The rainy days are 1.5 in June, 0 in July and August and 3 in September
