Description of object

One and Two bedroom apartments. 100 metres from the sea and sandy beach, available for holiday lettings, in the beautiful historic Sea side town of San Lucido in the region of Calabria in south Italy.
The flat has bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin. The kitchen is Gas and the flat comes furnished. Housekeeping is inclusive.
The flat has great views including the sea, and local church perched on top of the cliffs and is 100m from the sandy beach and sea that is warm and sunny for most of the year. Ive swum in November and its still lovely and warm
San Lucido is medieval and boasts schools, hospital 3 mins walk from apartments, train station, football pitches next door to the apartments and sports, and main road links that are the same as english A roads. The owner is Italian, and her husband English and live in the same road so there is no need for you to be isolated unless you want your privacy.
San Lucido is a very peaceful holiday resort popular with major European countries including Germany, France, Switzerland and England. A local speciality is the Pizza restaurant 50 metres away and its cheap approx 4 to 7 euros per pizza. There is evening music and entertainment locally during the holiday season. The local ice cream shop which is the best on the whole coast, due to its notoriety pulls in tourists and locals alike. They are prize winners of almond ice cream and saturdays and sundays also serve ice cream in warm home made brioche.
The cost of living is cheap compared with UK
Flights with Ryan Air to Lamezia Terme airport 1 hour away, are available a long time in advance for a few pounds per person we advise you to book early because come February the cost for june onwards goes up.
Transport from the airport is available for a small cost (cheaper than taxi) arranged by the renting family who if you organise with them will come and collect you.
When we recieve your booking and you email us your requirements we will arrange the apartment with double and single beds suiting your requirement for couples and families with children. If you have babies a cot, high chair and other baby things will be provided, let us know what you require and we will provide if possible. The flats are self contained but we offer breakfast as an optional extra at a reasonable charge english cooked or continental we have fresh eggs available every day from our chickens (at a different location, you wont be woken by our cockerels in the morning) and we grow our own veg.
