Description of objectModern 30 sq. meter two floors flat, recentely refurbished, highly refined and fully furnished with all comfort including wireless internet. Located in Monteverde area, 2 steeps away from Vatican city and very well linked to the historical city centre by underground and other public transports. Ground floor: kitchen in a living room with full view window, double sofa bed and toilet. First floor: cosy double bed room. A small garden to the front make the property complete. This flat provides all the comforts including central heating, air conditioning, LCD TV, CD/DVD player, wireless broadband internet connection.
Location of objectThe excellent position, in front of the Quattroventi stop of FM3 meter allows to arrive to the center, to Vaticano and Trastevere in very little minute and with a half only one. The same line of meter will allow you to visit the Lake In Bracciano and Viterbo, the ancient town of the Popes, respectively thirty and sixty minutes. At feet or with 75 one arrives in fews minute to Trastevere, awake quarter up to the dawn, rich of pub and restaurants where the true Roman and international kitchen can be tasted. Always with 75 we reach in few stops Sciarra Villa or Gianicolo and continuing, the Sunday, arrive to the Door Portese market; if poi we want to get down to the terminus we find terms at the station again. At 10 minutes on foot we have also the stops of 44 for Piazza Venezia and the tram 8 for largo Argentina.

Not to miss out a stroll in the hill of Gianicolo that boasts not only one of the most spectacular fountains of Rome (Er Fontanone), but also the S. Pietro in Montorio church and the midday cannonball shot from the panoramic view. Moreover, the flat is very close to Trastevere one of the most characteristic areas of Rome that offers plenty of bars, restaurants and opportunities to enjoy the genuine roman nights. At last but not least, the un-missable Sunday flee market in Porta Portese only ten minutes walk from the apartment.
