The house is 55 sq.m. + a little courtyard.Independent income .The apartment is composed by hall with angle baking, 2 bedrooms one with double bed and one whit 2 single beds, and a bathroom.In the hall theere is a sofà that can be use to sleep for 2 person. The neighborhood is definitely a plus for the appartment. It is by far the best non-touristic area in Rome. Plenty of cheap, good restaurants and wine-bars, the pedestrian area allows a chilled afternoon for both adults and kids, away from the crazy Roman traffic. As expected in Italy, in the pedestrian area children play soccer while adults sip away their coffee cups or wine glasses. The area is very well connected to the very center of Rome, being next to a main public transport crossroad, so that any tourist site in Rome is at most at 25-30 minutes by bus or tram from the apartment. Some examples: tram 19 direct line to St. Peter, bus 81 to Navona square and Pantheon. Regular maps, public transport maps and guides to cultural and evening events in Rome are available in the apartment. One of the most important basilica of Rome, S.Croce in Gerusalemme, is less than 15 min. on foot from the house.
