Description of objectThe newly renovated late 1800s villa is the perfect location for any kind of stay, with its seven big and luminous apartments (all with its own independent entrance) and all provided with modern conveniences for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The apartments on the upper floor can be reached by a newly installed, modern elevator.
Every apartment is provided with a modern kitchen (fully accessorized), living room with satellite television, private bathroom with bath/shower (some with two bathrooms), one or two bedrooms, private heating/air-conditioning, and some even with a decorative and full-use open loft.
Our guests will be provided with an electronic key to enter and exit the apartments and the ample private parking (20 spaces available
Location of objectDue to the excellent position of Residence Miranda, placed along the renaissance walls that naturally flows around the city center, all the main tourist attractions of our city are within walking distance. With the train and bus station within less than a 5 minute walk, you are free to reach the most important Tuscan cities, such as Florence, Lucca, Siena and the beautiful sea-side locations in Versiglia, without taking your car - and thereby avoiding the Italian traffic. Should you however want to visit the surrounding local mountains and villages (where traffic is less) with such characteristic locations as Abetone, Cutigliano and San Marcello are all close by, just as the free-way connection (A11), should you wish to go further by car.

The landscape is, in fact, characterised by various features in such a diverse territory: areas that are distinctly more rural, with orchards, olive groves and vineyards alternate with protected areas and natural reserves that include woodlands, forests and marsh areas, where visitors can discover plants and animals of great interest.
