The beach is only 100 meters away from the apartment.
The building does have 10 apartments with Netherlands and German owners all middle age.
The apartment is on floor 3 and you have everywhere a beatifull seaview.
Whe the owners Henk and Sylvia do live ourselfs at the fifth floor from march until the end of november.
In the building is an elevator
And on the roof there is a big terrace with sunbeds and chairs to see the sun going down.
All prices are including electric and water and gas.
We do speak Netherlands and English and German.

Airport transfer is possible and will cost you one way 60 euros for maximum 4 persons
I can pick up myself with my car if you want just let me know.
When you rent the apartment for 1 week 2 bicycles are free to use.
Car or scooter rent is possible from the owner
This is a non smoking apartment (smoking is allowed but only outside on the BALCONYS)
