Description of objectIt is an apartment with about 70 m², divided with 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 enormous kitchen with a small balcony, 1 bathroom and 1 corridor that unites all of the divisions.2 of the bedrooms are equipped with double bed (140cm x 180cm), while the 3rd are equipped with a single bed (90cm x 180cm) with a big drawer, which it can be transformed in another bed. The living room, count a maple and a sofa which also can transformed in bed (130cm x 180cm). Here, it can happen a pleasant soiree, accompanying television programs, or to use the 'DVD player' and to see a film that can be rented in the surroundings. The kitchen is equipped with everything that is necessary to the day by day, from the stove with 3 beaks of gas and a electrical plate, microwave, coffee machine, wash machine and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, electrical kettle, plates, glasses and silverwares enough for a banquet. The bathroom is small, but however it has everything that one needs for the daily hygiene. The apartment locates in a nice and pleasant Lisbon neighborhood, not very far away from downtown. There is a Bus stop at about 20m from the front door and the Underground is at about 450m away, so, if you decide to rent our apartment, you don't have the need to have a car. Location of objectThe apartment locates close to the center where had room "EXPO 98." Place of plenty interest not only for adults but, more for the smallest, because it has an enormous park where they can run and play, it has one of the most beautiful, complete and more modern aquariums in Europe, it also has an enormous commercial center where almost meets of everything that a human being needs to live.Town: Portugal, Estremadura, lisboaLisbon is the capital of Portugal, with a population about 1,2 million inhabitants, taken a bath on river Tagus.Lisbon is known by the capital of the "FADO" and of "SARDINHADA."
