Description of objectThe House has two big bedrooms and one bathroom,large living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, bathroom with shower and window.
Big garden with Gazebo and furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining and Barbecue.
The house is located a few meters from the post office, near a Bank and shops, gas station, bar, newsagent and barber.
Badesi is about one hour driving either from Alghero Airport or Olbia - Costa Smeralda Airport also can be reached with a direct flight from London (Stansted - Gatwick), Madrid, Dublin, Frankfurt, Berlin, Stockholm, Oslo and Paris.
The house is not to far from the main beach \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'Li Junchi\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\', by car is about 10 minutes and walking is around 20/25.
we recommend to hire a car also because there are many nice places to visit near Badesi, like Santa teresa di Gallura - Stintino - Porto Cervo and the beautiful coast around the north Sardinia.
Location of objectBut it is during the summer that most events take place, feasts and festivals under the title of “Estate Badesana” (Badesi Summer). The famous summer Badesi carnival must also be mentioned, with its parade of allegorical floats, held every year on the night of 13th August, and also the “Wine and Food Festival” held on 8th August, where the typical dishes and specialities of the Gallura area can be tasted in an event which every year is attracting more and more tourists.
Town: Italy, Olbia-Tempio, badesiA wide white beach stretches for kilometres, crossed by the estuary of the River Coghinas, one of the most important in Sardinia. The fine sand dunes are covered with juniper and in the distance you can catch a glimpse of the Island of Asinara. Since it is exposed to the Mistral wind, the splendid Badesi coastline is a great place for wind-surfers all year round. Furthermore the coast of Badesi has recently been declared a “site of public interest”, for the richness of its flora and its particular fauna, and especially for the nesting and migratory birds, who have made their nests in the midst of the reeds on the banks of the River Coghinas and on the little fluvial islands. However, the rest of the commune\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s territory is also attractive and indeed quite varied, with hills covered with lush vegetation and low sandy flat lands where luxuriant vines grow and from which the prestigious and multi-award-winning “Vermentino di Gallura” (DOCG) wine is produced. During the month of May, the “Magrini Surfcasting Trophy” is held in Badesi, an international level competition for river-bank fishing. The Patron Saint\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s festival of the “Sacro Cuore” is held instead between 3rd-5th June.
