The apartment offers modern-style accommodation with free Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchenette in the vicinity of the Park Maksimir and Maksimir Stadium. Free private parking, great public traffic connection to the city center - 15 minutes tram ride through one of the most beautiful city parts.

The apartment has 44 square meters, separate bedroom with a French bed (for 2 person), kitchenette and living room are one big space with a sofa (a pull out bed for 2 person). The bathroom is of a moderate size, with a toilet, bigger bathtub, washbasin, washing machine and a small toilet closet. The apartment has two balconies where you can sit and enjoy the sun during warm days.
Two bikes are available for a day for guests who stay more than two nights.

The apartment is located in the quiet eastern part of the city in the near vicinity of Park and Wood Maksimir, as well as the Maksimir Stadion.
Its location allows direct public transport to the city center, main bus and railway stations - tram station is 7 minutes walk away, tram ride to the city center lasts about 15 minutes.
In the near vicinity is shopping center Garden Mall, while the market in Dubrava with daily offer of fresh fruit,vegetables, meat and fish is 5 minutes by car away. McDonals restaurant and two petrol stations are in the near vicinity as well.
For those who enjoy hiking and winter sports, Medvednica mountain is easily reachable from the apartment by car and by bicycle.
