Description of objectOur apartment is at the garden level - you step out directly to the garden terrace of a luxury villa 5 minutes\' walk from the sea. It is quiet, yet within walking distance from all facilities such as water sports, excursion boats, sandy and stone beaches. There are a number of restaurants with delicious Mediterranean food.The old historic town can be reached walking by seaside for about 1 hour, or you can take a nearby bus.
famous croatian Parks of nature and reservations are near : Kornati Islands, Plitvice and Krka waterfalls, Starigrad caves and rocks... You can either relax in our spacious garden or have an active holiday. We are sure you will have an unforgettable stay and come again maybe before or after the main season (July, August).

Location of objectOur villa is situated in the residential villa borough of the town, called Borik, west from the Peninsula which the center of the city. Our neighbourhood is quiet and safe, it gets somewhat livelier in the summer, but you can always avoid any hustle and crowds if you want to. Nearest bus stop is 7 minutes walk away and the sea and beach is just 5 minutes away.
Town: Croatia, Zadar/Borik/Puntamika, ZadarZadar is an ancient Pre-Romanic town, with lots of monuments such as churches, monasteries, cathedrals, museums. It is also famous for its Halo to the sun installation and Sea organ. It is very conveniently situated as start point for excursions to near 4 Parks of nature.
Zadar is very well connected with rest of Croatia it has an international airport, harbour for passanger ships and you can reach Zagreb by highway it is less than 3 hours\' drivbe.
