Description of objectIn a secluded but not isolated location 200 meters above sea level. Perfect for getting away from it all and relaxing with the sun, sea and mountain air.The house, occupies a unique position near the top of a hill of outstanding natural beauty in the outskirts of the town of Zacharo (Sugar Town). Due to its location offers a panoramic view over the bay of Kyparissia and the local olive groves as well as the valleys and mountains that surround the house on the other 3 sides. The sandy beaches are just a 5-15 minutes drive away and many parts offer secluded beaches (even in the hight of the holiday season) are easily accesible in the area along the coastline. This spacious villa has numerous large verandas which are ideal for that all over tan or dining alfresco. An Excellent location as a base to explore Peloponnese with all its Archaeological sites like Ancient Olympia, Neda waterfalls, Mystras Byzantine Castle City, Ancient Messini and Sparta. The area is also well suited to walkers and cyclist alike, and the \\\'off road\\\' enthusiats as we are surrounded by many miles of dirt roads. The house has 2 apartments, the LOFT apartment (sleeps max 6) and the HOUSE apartment (sleeps max 8) The published price is for each apartment, but if you decide to rent both a 25% discount will apply. Each apartment will accommodate one or two couples or a family for relaxing and comfortable holiday. Location of objectAncient sites include Olympia (25 km), The Temple at Vassai (30 km), the hot springs and spa at Kaiafas (13 km), as well as a wealth of smaller archaeological sites including our own Acropolis, just 15 km away. Shop at local markets in Zacharo (12 km) or Krestena (18 km), or the city of Pyrgos (35 km).Mountain walks and superb cycling and mountain-biking routes abound, and island-hopping day-trips to Zakinthos or Kefalonia from Kylini (80 km) for those who wish to see more than just the Peloponnesus. Virtually all the main archaeological sites of Greece are reachable by car, with the new bridge across the Gulf of Corinth making even Delphi accessible. Town: Greece, Tholo, ZacharoZacharo is the largest town in the area and is located in the county of ILIA.Decidedly un-touristy, the area around Kato Samiko is one of the best-kept secrets of the Peloponnesus. The beach is vast, stretching out over 100 km in an unbroken curve of golden sand, backed by sand dunes and pine forest, without any major developments or resorts-you can normally find your own private stretch of beach without difficulty.
