Description of objectThe apartment is situated in an old school called Landschulheim in the country side. The school was sold to be used privately in 2008 and has been renovated between 2008 and 2012. The apartment has very nice renovated doors from 1898, and an old wooden floor from beginning of the century. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen and one living room. A barbecue and nice sitting corner are provided on a nice 100m2 terrace, where the children can play.
Location of objectOur house near the Haddorfer lakes is well situated, about 40km away from either Münster (Germany) or Enschede (the Netherlands). It is only 120km away from Düsseldorf, 200km from Amsterdam and 280km from Hamburg. The region offers various wonderful bicycle rides around the lakes. Münster is a gorgeous city, hosting the St Paul\'s cathedral, the Prinzipalmarkt with its Gothic town hall (14th century), the Pablo Picasso Museum, the Botanischer Garten, the Westphalian Horse Museum, etc... There are also several water castles (Wasserschloß) which can be visited in the region, along with other beautiful sights to discover.

Asparagus is a choice meal between Mai and June, being produced in the region. A large collection of beautiful orchids is available all year from a world renown Wettringen orchid farm.
