Description of objectOur holiday apartment offers over approx. 45 m ² enough place for maximum 3 adult people and a child. In the bedroom with look to the castle is beside a double bed a full third bed (adjustable couch) . There is furthermore about a small stair accessible a little room in the top ground (without door) with a mattress couch and playing area which is used with pleasure by children is . Moreover, the bedroom disposes of SAT TV and DVD - player. The comfortable kitchen with eating place (high chair for baby available) and with look in the 'Green' offers beside a cooker with oven, a smoke deduction, a fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, water cooker, dishes, cutlery and radio. In the comfortable sitting room you find two leather sofas, a couch table and by the wall a Flatscreen-TV. The bath is equipped with WC, shower cabin, mirror cupboard and hairdrier.
Location of objectThe holiday apartment is in the 2nd floor of a renovated and for the city centre of Wernigerode typical historical half-timbered house (first mentioned in the city archives 1658). It was redeveloped extravagantly and furnished affectionately, so that the stay in our house becomes will be for you and your family a pleasant experience. Out of the windows of the appartment you see from the east direction to south, so from the palm house in the princely pleasure garden over in the mountains of the Harz romantically embedded castle up to the 'neighbouring house', the church Saint Johannis, the oldest church of Wernigerode. In at just 10 minutes you reach the street with the name Breite Strasse, the also architecturally interesting shopping mile and stroll mile from Wernigerode. In approx. 15-20 minutes you reach from the holiday apartment the wonderful 500 year-old city hall, the interesting marketplace or the restful forrest.

It is a town with special charms: In unique fascination and variety contend the splendid half-timbered houses around the favour of the visitors, the oldest of them already since 1400. Wernigerode has a lot of tourist attractions. The city centre exists largely of half-timbered houses in Lower Saxony-stil. The neo-Gothic Wernigeröder castle sits enthroned strikingly about the town and is already well to see from a distance. Also the surroundings of Wernigerode are extremely attractive. Here starts the 'HSB' a little steam railway (gauge railway: 1000 mm) which goes over Schierke (a little town in the height of 600 meter) to the Brocken peak as well as straight across the Harz mountains to the town Nordhausen, (german federal state Thuringia).
